My name is David Chalue, I am 55 years old and I am serving 3 life sentences, I have 10 plus years in and have exhausted my appeals on a wrongful conviction. We never wake up thinking that today will be the day we lose our freedom, but that's what happened in 2011. So I am running out of options, I have pleaded with my attorneys to look at certain issues I believe show I was targeted by law enforcement due to my past, I had a difficult upbringing, but I had every opportunity to become a productive individual. I spent a good deal of my life locked up, but in 2002 I was released and worked hard to become productive, there were some bumps along the way, but I managed to leave my past behind. My attorneys were appointed and I do not believe they looked into things that were important to my case, so if you are someone who believes that someone has been wrongfully convicted and shouldn't die in prison, then I am asking you to help look into some of these claims and see that I am truly innocent and need help to get out.
